Despite arriving earlier than expected, the staff graciously accommodated an early check-in and even allowed us to check out late. They also kindly stored our bags after checkout, giving us the opportunity to explore the city without any hassle. As a mother and daughter traveling together, we felt very safe throughout our stay. The hotel's convenient location near the town and airport made it easily accessible by Uber. I would definitely recommend Razana Hotel to friends and family.

I do wish that the restaurant was open later, especially for guests arriving on late-night flights. Additionally, as a family of four, it would have been more convenient to have a larger suite with multiple beds instead of two adjoining rooms.

the room was huge and neat, had private bathroom. very comfy bed and pillows, there were a flat-screen tv with satellite channels, a mini-fridge-bar and coffee/tea making machines available. the employees were helpful and pleasant.

Finally, the staff was friendly and offered early check-in, which was really helpful.
